- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (2-ounce) package blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1.5 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans, divided
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ¼ cup pecans; mix well. Shape in a ball, and coat with remaining pecans. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
